It’s been a while since we’ve had something from Israeli producer Borgore to share with you guys. But in all seriousness, it’s been a while since he’s put something out that really brings the filth; and let’s be honest, when we look to Borgore, we’re looking for some grimey bass. So on this new track, “That Lean”, which he collaborated with Carnageon, Borgore really brings the heat. It’s a sneak peek of what’s to come on his newest EP, so let’s keep our fingers crossed the whole release is as relentless as this track!!
It’s time to turn the bass up for some Philly favorite. PLS DNT STP just dropped their new My Chain EP through the incredible Play Me Too Records. The EP features two brand new tracks, as well as a radio mix of the second. It opens up with “My Chan”, which starts off with that kickin’ bass and trap feel, before bringing in some bass wobbles to give it a trapstep sound. Then “Step Into the Night” kicks it up with the really heavy bass and the straight forward dubstep sound, but man does this track kick. Enjoy!
It’s been quite a while since we had some hot new beats to bring you from Ecklipze. But after a period of silence following our interview with the Canadian producer, he’s back in action with a brand new three-track release to appease your eardrums. It’s the Monsters EP, and “monstrous” doesn’t even begin to describe it’s bass impact. With two brand spankin’ new originals, one featuring the lyrical talents of NOX, as well as an additional bonus remix of the title track from Wobgoblin, this EP is sure to leave you drooling for more Ecklipze filth. I’d like to say the best part is that you can snag this entire release up totally FREE; but honestly, the truth is the best part is these rowdy tunes! Turn those speakers UP!
Zomboy‘s always crushing it, whether its behind the turntables or behind the production software. His last release was The Dead Symphonic EPbefore he came rampaging through SoundGarden Hallto bring in one epic Halloween for Philly. Now the UK producer and Never Say Die Recordsartist is back with a new single, featuring the vocals of Lady Chann, titled “Here to Stay”. It’s an upbeat, heavy-hitting moombahcore track, chocked full of that grimey Zomboy bass we all know and love. Enjoy!
Yep that’s right: new Figure. It’s enough to turn any cloudy day into a sunny way. Luckily, it’s already nice and sunny out, so this just made the day even better. Apparently Figure’s been sitting on this one for a while, waiting to get the right vocals on the track. Well, if that’s the case, then I’m glad he waited, because the smooth lyrical rhythms of Qwel are absolutely perfect on this track. It’s a pretty tough debate whether Figure or Qwel kills it on this track more; I think I’ll let you guys be the judge. And as always from Figure, it’s up for FREE download!! Enjoy!
The holidays are winding down, and after a solid week of partying, we’re starting to wind down (hardly). Regardless, it’s time to get some good new music flowing through our veins. So I’ve got this fresh new trap remix from local producer Scraps MeGee. I’m sure by now most of you are familiar with Bro Safariand Knuckle Children‘s tune “Freak”, but Scraps certainly sheds some needed fresh new light on the track giving it his own spin. Happy New Year; and as always, enjoy!
Phrenik and Kezwikare two California producers that I’m a little embarrassed to say I was unfamiliar with up until recently. The reason being of course that these guys can both seriously serve up the filth. So what brought them to my attention was that Phrenik just recently released his new The Impact EP on Beatport, which features a collaborative track with Kezwik and Philadelphia’s own PLS DNT STP. Now, like I said, I hadn’t heard of Phrenik before this, but after one listen of “Ready for Impact”, I was hooked and I knew I had to look into this producer more. So I thought I’d share the rest of his new EP with you, as well as another tight track called “Light It Up” from a while back, which you can grab up for FREE below!! Enjoy!
This is a name I think you just don’t hear enough of. Requake is definitely one of my favorite mellow dubstep acts. Their style is comparable to early Jakwob, and just general early dubstep that was rising up out of the UK in the early 21st century. While a lot of other artists have moved on to staying up with the growing grime scene, Requake has stayed very loyal to the roots of his sound. His new Pessimism EP, which just dropped yesterday certainly supports that. All three tracks are very bass reliant and the wobbles are minimal, but effective. Enjoy!
Okay, so it’s time to get back on the fast-track to some filth, and Vaski is a name I can always count on to not let me down. Honestly, I still feel pretty blessed to have had the chance to catch this awesome Minnesota producer in a live setting, because to this day, it was one of the most disgusting sets I’ve ever heard. So when I saw this new track go up on Soundcloud, I just had to have myself a piece of it. About 30 seconds in, I knew this was a tune I was going to have to share with you guys. Enjoy!
When I first got into Candyland, it was before the whole trap craze, and they were producing some filthy dubstep. Now, don’t get me wrong, because out of anyone, Candyland really knows how to trap it up. But I’ve been really longing for a grimy new bass-filled track from the California duo. So you can just imagine how happy I was when I clicked play on this new remix they just uploaded today. This is definitely one of their filthiest tracks to date, and I am absolutely loving it. You can grab it for FREE below! Enjoy!!
