Admittedly, we’ve been experiencing some internet technical difficulties here today; but it’s still technically Mix Monday, and this is a mix that absolutely can’t be ignored, so let’s get to it. Along with announcing a new tour (after literally just finishing up his Brain Waves Tour), which he’s calling Adventures In Time and Space- see Full Tour Dates Here!- the drumstep bass destroyer from Indiana known as Figure released a promo mix to go along with the tour. It clocks in at just over 20 minutes, but man did Figure cram a lot in here: there’s 5 new original tracks, a remix of his track “Must Destroy” from Droptek, plenty of the classics and a couple dashes of other tracks to keep it all fresh. Even nicer is you can download the entire mix completely FREE!! Mark your calendars people, because FIGURE’s coming to town!!

If you’re new to Funkadelphia, we just recently implemented a new tradition, which we’re calling Mix Mondays. Local producer and DJ, TΛSTY will be dropping a new mix HERE every Monday. Last Monday was the first with the “Funkadelphia Goes Hard in the Trap Mix”; but now Tasty is back with a dose of heavy bass for you guys. Whether you’ve been a follower of Funkadelphia for a while, or if you new, you probably made your way here ultimately because of your love for dirty wobbles; it’s a love we advertise very clearly. So this new mix should be just what you’re looking for: track after track of complete eardrum annihilation. Enjoy!

Mix Mondays: “Funkadelphia Goes Hard in the Trap Mix” Presented by Tasty

We’re introducing something new for you guys here at Funkadelphia Music; it’s called Mix Mondays. We’ve teamed up with local DJ and producer Tasty to bring you a new mix every Monday. The mixes are not necessarily focussed around the same genre (although they may be as this one is), and the subject of the mix will change from week to week. Not only that, but the mixes will also ALWAYS BE FREE!!

This week he’s bringing the newest in tracks in the trap craze. Appropriately it’s titled “Funkadelphia Goes Hard in the Trap Mix”, because this one really does go hard in the trap. Featuring songs from some of the biggest trap producers out there- including Diplo, CRNKN, RL Grime and, of course, Flosstradamus- as well as some hidden gems, this mix comes together for 25 minutes of pure swag. I’m proud to introduce the first of many coming to you from Tasty.
